ABOUT PETER VASILION

Peter Vasilion has dedicated his 23-year career in law to Family Court Matters.

Peter Vasilion has been a solo practitioner since April 2010, focusing on litigation, domestic relations, estates and trusts, criminal, and corporations law. He also serves as the Deputy Town Attorney for Clarence, New York, since January 2012.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law in June 1999, with a certificate in Environmental Law Concentration. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and History from the same university.

Admitted to the New York Bar and several federal courts, Peter is a member of various bar associations and the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy.

He has been active in community service, including the Erie County Bar Association and coaching varsity sports at Clarence Central School District.
